- Maksimal usia 30 tahun
- Pendidikan min D3 jurusan Teknik Sipil/Arsitek
- Pengalaman min 3 tahun sebagai Cad Drafter diperusahaan kontraktor (Gred 7 / Klas A)
- Minimal bisa AutoCad
- Bisa baca gambar (struktur/arsitek)
